And they're all doing their best to collect as many tickets as possible so they can buy stuff from the general store on Friday! They're VERY excited about this! Keep earning those tickets, kids!

So today, on Day 3, I asked a few kids what their favorite thing aboutVacation Bible School is, and this is what one of them had to say:


Snack time and crafts! Of course! (She had an explanation for why these were her favorites, but I accidentally cut her off before she had a chance to tell me. Oops! I'm sure they were great reasons! (Like because our snacks and crafts are AWESOME!))

We had a GREAT time singing and learning the actions to "Love, Liberty, Disco" with Deborah this morning at SonWorld Adventure Park! We also learned the words and motions to a new song, "Ten Men." This went with the Bible Story we were learning today about the 10 Sick Men Jesus healed. We're having a contest to see who can be the BEST singers and dancers, so we're all practicing REALLY hard to learn the words and actions to all the song and to participate A LOT! Even the Pre-School kids are doing an awesome job with the music!!In our Bible Story, we learned about how Jesus healed the 10 men with Leprosy, but only one of them came back to say "thank you." Jesus cared for those men, even when no one else did, and even when only one person came back to thank him! That reminds us that we need to say thank you when people do nice things for us, and that we need to care about everyone, especially the people no one else cares about. Our daily Memory Verse reminds us that we should, "not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth" (1 John 1:9).Stay tuned for photos and more from today's fun!
